Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Hi! We're your hosts, Paula & Roberto. We live in New Jersey with our two kids and a dog that all share a mutual passion for traveling and experiencing new adventures. That passion is what brought us to Sarasota. During our visit here, we fell in love with the beaches, the neighborhood, the restaurants, and the attractions. That led us to search for the perfect tropical escape where we could put down some roots so we could come back and visit. Inspired by "Arlington" take on sustainability, we decorated this home in the most sustainable way possible, using natural colors and instilling elements that reflect the beauty of the Sarasota beaches in our design choices. We are deeply committed to providing each guest with the highest quality of communication and service and providing knowledgeable guidance for all the places to visit and things to do to enrich your experience. We do not live on the property but we are only a call or a message away, any time!
